What methods of payment do you accept ?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. If you need to use a different method, please Contact Our Store to discuss your options. Most likely we can accomodate your needs.

Are there engraving charges?
Engraving is absolutely free! Other websites may hide engraving charges or set limits for the number of free characters and charge when you go over that limit. At Awards For Less, we will be happy to provide customized engraving at no charge.

At our discretion, we may choose to send a proof, especially for larger orders.

Can you offer suggestions for the engraving text?
Yes, please see engraving ideas for samples. During the order process, you will have the option to select from predefined templates to make the engraving decisions much easier.

How much text can I put on my award?
Engraving lines will be provided for each product you order. We will provide the maximum number of lines available for that particular product. Please see engraving ideas for samples. If you try to put too much engraving on the award it may be difficult to read.

What fonts are used for engraving? Can I make any special requests?
We typically use fonts and styles that are appropriate for the product. On many products (like plaques and acrylics), we use Times Roman for the wording and Script for the names.

If you desire a specific font or style, just note your request in the Special Instructions section within the order process.

Can I have a logo added to my product?
That is no problem! During the order process, we will ask you if you have a logo to include. Some guidelines and instructions will be available regarding the logo. After you receive your email confirming your order has been received, you would simply reply to that email with the logo artwork image to send it back to us. Very Simple. In these cases, we will correspond with you to confirm the receipt of the logo artwork and that it is acceptable for the application desired.

Are there any charges for logos?
Logos are absolutely free. Other sites charge set-up and other fees for logos. At Awards For Less, we provide them at no charge.

How do I submit my logo?
Logos are submitted through email. If you have chosen the option to have a logo added to a product, our order receipt email will include instructions to submit your logo.

It’s very simple – you simply reply to our email and attach your artwork.

How long will it take to make my order?
Each product states the number of business days it takes to ship that item (browse through some products to see this). Most orders ship within 3-7 business days. Some orders may take more time, depending on the quantity requested. It is recommended that you place your order about 2 weeks prior to your event date.

If you need a rush order, please contact us and we can work with you.

Once your order is submitted we will send you an e-mail confirmation that your order has been received.

What are your shipping charges?
We use UPS ground as our standard shipping method. Overnight and 2nd-day service is also available.

During the order process, this site will contact UPS based on the specific products you are purchasing and determine the shipping charge for those products based on the zip code to ship to.

Another feature of this site is the Preview Shipping calculation. After you have added items to your shopping cart, you can preview the shipping costs based on your zip code prior to “Checking Out”.

Keep in mind that shipping for all Plaque & Acrylic orders over $100 is free!

Can you ship outside the United States?
At this time, this site can only handle orders within the continental United States. If you are from another country, please contact our store (Contact Us button) and we can most likely handle your order outside the website.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Orders shipped within Ohio will have 8% sales tax added to the invoice. If your state has a sales tax it is your responsibility to pay the sales tax directly to your taxing authority.

Is Internet shopping safe?
Yes. We use state-of-the-art SSL encryption and identity verification through Comodo SSL, for the highest level of security.

The Comodo encryption assures online visitors that credit card account numbers and other confidential information cannot be viewed, intercepted or altered.

Awards For Less will not, under any circumstances, provide any personal information to any outside companies for purposes other than to process your order.

Can I change my order after receiving confirmation?
Please confirm your order quantities and engraving before submitting the order.

If you do need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. We want to make sure you are happy with our service, but there is a point when the order cannot be changed.

What if I make a mistake on my order?
We engrave the text given to us. Please review your text before submitting the order. If you notice an error shortly after submitting it, please contact us. Many times, we can make corrections or catch it in time. We want to make sure our customers are happy with our work.

As stated above, we may decide to provide a proof for large orders.

What is your Return Policy?
Since this is an industry that personalizes products, they are not returnable. If for any reason you are not pleased with your award(s), contact us and we will work with you to make sure you are 100% satisfied.

Can I request a proof before the order is processed ?
We offer proofs for plaque and acrylic orders. During the order process, you will be asked if you want one. If you answer yes, we will fax you a proof before we process your order.

Please make sure you have what you want in mind, because we cannot provide more than 2 proofs without requiring extra processing charges.

Is Rush Service available?
Definitely. Because all projects are different, please Contact Us to discuss your particular needs.

What do I need to know about the Save Order process?
Don’t quite have time to complete your order? No problem – As items are added to your cart, you will have the opportunity to save your in-progress order to complete it at a later date.

How long will they be saved? The saved order information will be available for about 5 days.

Do I need to register and get an id and password to save my order information? No – that is not necessary. We at Awards For Less consider that type of requirement an imposition on your privacy and time.

Are there technical requirements for this? Yes – you must have “cookies” turned on in your browser and you cannot delete those cookies before you retrieve your saved order. FYI – the order data is not stored on your machine, the cookie just holds a pointer to the data on our server.

How do I save my order? When you add products to your cart, the ‘View Cart’ page will present a link to save your order information.

How do I retrieve my order information later? Go to the ‘View Cart’ page – if a saved order is available, it will show a link to retrieve that order information.

Finally – if an in-progress order can be saved or retrieved, there will always be a link to the appropriate process in the top right corner of the site.
